Working with clients who feel overwhelmed by sensation

Clients with chronic pain, health issues, anxiety, or trauma histories.

Clients whose experience their bodies as dangerous, unpleasant, or uncomfortable.

Clients who cannot imagine that their body has something useful to say.

Clients who feel like their body is shouting at them.

Client who feel overwhelmed by sensations.
